摘要
本工程写字楼为酒店建筑,为框架剪力墙结构。由于建筑平面布局及设备布置复杂,形成三层高位转换、竖向框支柱上下不贯通,同时框支梁中预留较大设备洞等特点,最终形成超限结构。在结构的超限设计中,采取相应加强措施,并采用多个分析软件进行多遇地震反应谱分析,同时对结构进行抗震性能化设计、弹性时程分析和罕遇地震作用下弹塑性时程分析。计算分析结果表明,采取相应措施后,各项指标均满足规范要求且满足设定抗震性能目标要求,结构具有良好的抗震性能。
This is a hotel building which is frame shear wall structure. Because of the layout of the building and equipment, the characteristics include transition on the three level, vertical frame pillar, large equipment hole in frame beam, this is a transfinite structure. In the superlimit design of the structure, we took corresponding measures to strengthen, analyzed by using multiple analysis software, the seismic performance of the structure design, elastic analysis and elastoplastic time history analysis under rare earthquake. The results showed that all the indexes met the specification requirements and the requirements of seismic performance after taking corresponding measures.
