基于险兆事件的建筑施工安全隐患治理实例分析

Case Analysis of Construction Safety Hidden Danger Treatment Based on Risk Omen Event

分析险兆事件可以预见潜在的建筑施工安全隐患,有效地实现提前预防的目的。论文以河南省光山县对县属施工企业与在建工地进行的安全管理情况调查与治理的专项活动为实例,通过分析危险征兆事件发现安全生产隐患,总结安全生产存在问题,探索安全管理治理措施。结果表明:企业和在建工程现场存在的安全隐患分别为40项和105项,建筑施工企业安全管理严重不足,施工现场隐患风险较大。通过针对险兆事件的整改,企业和现场安全隐患整改率分别达到87.5%和93.33%,显著提高了企业安全管理水平。

Analysis of near miss events can be predicted safety construction potential, effectively achieve early prevention. This paper took Guangshan county construction enterprise and safety management in the construction site of the investigation and treatment of special activities of Henan as example, found safety hazards through the analysis of the danger signs, summarized the problems existed in the production safety and explore the safety management measures. The results showed that there were security risks of enterprises and projects in the field were 40 and 105, construction enterprise safety management seriously insufficient, the risk of construction site. Through the rectification of the emergency, safety hidden rectification rates of enterprise and site respectively reached of 87.5% and 93.33%, which was significantly to improve the safety management level of enterprises.
