病区第二类精神药品使用合理性的分析与评价

Analysis and evaluation the rational use of second psychotropic drugs in wards

目的调查我院住院患者第二类精神药品的使用状况,并评价其临床使用的合理性。方法以用药频度(DDDs)、药物利用指数(DUI)为指标,结合患者的基本信息(包括年龄、性别、诊断、肝肾功能等),对我院2017年7月住院患者的第二类精药品使用情况进行统计和分析。结果住院患者第二类精神药品使用频率较高的依次是氯硝西泮片、劳拉西泮片、奥沙西泮片等,奥沙西泮片的DUI值显著大于1.0,其余10种二类精神药品的DUI值均小于或接近于1.0。结论我院病区第二类精神药品的使用基本合理,但部分品种存在滥用现象,需进一步加强管理,实现其临床使用的规范化。

Objective To investigate the use status of second psychotropic drugs in our hospital and evaluate the ratio- nality of its clinical use.Methods The frequency of drug use （DDDs） and drug utilization index （DUI） as the index,com- bined with the basic information of patients （including age,gender, diagnosis,liver and kidney function and so on）,the use of second psychotropic drugs of our hospital in July 2017 were counted and analyzed.Results The second psychotropic drugs with high use frequency were Clonazepam Tablets,Lorazepam Tablets and Oxazepam Tablets,the DUI value of Oxazepam Tablets was significantly greater than 1.0,the DUI values of the 10 other second psychotropic drugs were less than or equal to 1.0.Conclusion The use of second psychotropic drugs in our ward is basically reasonable,but some va- rieties have abuse.So we need to further strengthen the management and realize the standardization of its clinical use.
