体商的思想基础与功能价值研究——以深圳信息职业技术学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 体商是指一个人进行活动、运动和体力劳动的能力与质量的量化标准,包括体质、体力、心理、智力等四大维度,是一个人的个人特征之一,其社会属性是指一个国家生产力的发展状况和对国民的规训程度。通过对信息学院534名学生(其中男生275名,女生259名,平均年龄20.2±0.8岁)的问卷调查和实地访谈,体商培育对促进学生的身心健康与和谐发展具有较强的现实意义和实际价值,应根据学生的现实需求和未来发展需要进行体育课程改革、体质提升与测试方案制定、学生社团发展规划、体育场馆建设等系列配套工作。 Body Quotient refers to the quantitative criteria of a person's ability and quality to carry out activities, physical exercises and physical labors, including constitution, physical, mental and intellectual four dimensions, being regarded as one of the personal characteristics. It refers to, in its social attributes, the development of a country's productive forces and the degree of discipline of its people. Through a questionnaire survey and field interviews with 534 students (including 275 boys and 259 girls, with an average age of 20.2 ± 0.8 years), it shows that the cultivation of students' BQ is of great practical significance to their physical and mental health development. Based on the actual needs of students' current and future development, a lot of supporting measures should be taken in terms of the curriculum reform of physical education, the program development of promotion and test of physical fitness, the planning of student club development as well as stadium construction.
