中德汽车职业教育项目人才培养模式存在问题及展望

摘要 我国高职教育人才培养模式正处于形成特色阶段。作为一种人才培养模式的探索,本校2012年获得中德汽车职业教育项目(SGAVE),并推行和学习德国双元制的人才培养模式。大部分学校对SGAVE项目采用拿来主义,虽然取得一定成果,但存在共性问题如:我国现有的法律政策对双元制人才培养模式的保障未完善;合适的"双师型"教师未养成;而且目前我国汽修工社会地位低、待遇差,工作时间长等;特别的,对深圳本地实施SGAVE项目的分析,提出校、生、企对项目效果和实际效果之间的突出矛盾。针对上述共性问题和深圳本地问题,提出SGAVE项目人才培养模式的建议。 The training mode of higher vocational education in China is in the stage of forming characteristics. As an exploration of talents training mode, Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology (SZIIT) has taken part in the Sino-Germany Automobile Vocational Education Project, known as the SGAVE project, which operates the dual vocational system. The schools participated in the SGAVE project have made some achievements, but there are common problems that hinder a greater progress, such as the deficiency of legal policy support from government on this mode, the lack of skilled and professional teachers, and the low salary and social status of the auto mechanics in China. What's more, this paper introduces and analyzes the operation of the SGAVE project in Shenzhen, the outstanding contradictions between the project effectiveness and actual results. In view of the common problems mentioned above and local problems in Shenzhen, this paper puts forward suggestions on training mode of SGAVE project.
