高职学生英语课堂非合作学习行为初探

Study of non-cooperative learning behaviors of higher vocational college Students in college English classrooms

八种典型的非合作学习行为普遍存在于高职英语课堂,严重影响教学效果。通过数据分析,发现它们可以归纳为对抗型、停滞型和投机型三种类型。男女同学之间各种行为差异不明显,英语高分组和低分组同学对抗型行为之间差异也不明显,但是高分组同学停滞型和投机型行为均少于低分组。访谈表明,学生学习英语的内在兴趣和工具型动机并不是学生非合作学习行为的主要原因,课堂情境因素和教师的管理是学生是否配合学习最主要的原因。

Eight typical non-cooperative learning behaviors, which seriously impede the learning outcomes of English courses, can be commonly identified in college English classrooms in higher vocational colleges. Through data analysis, those behaviors can be grouped into three types： resistant behaviors, stationary behaviors and opportunistic behaviors. The study finds no significant difference in all three types of behaviors across genders and no significant difference in resistant behaviors between students of high English performance and low English performance. However, high performance group does show less stationary and opportunistic behaviors. Subsequent Interview shows that situational factors and teacher management in classrooms rather than intrinsic and instrumental motivation are the major causes for non-cooperative learning behaviors.
