纽约市中小学学校课程建设现状及其政策启示

Policy Support of School-based Curriculum Construction in New York City and its Enlightenment

摘要 学校课程开发需要一系列的政策支持与策略保障。在实地考察纽约十六所中小学后,该文从纽约市中小学课程建设现状入手,就美国的政治文化传统背景、课程决策权力保障、课程开发中的专业援助和课程评价策略等方面进行了分析。同时,为促进我国校本课程建设,作者从课程目标、课程决策权、专业援助和注重学生真实需求四方面提出了建议。 School-based curriculum development requires a series of policies support and strategies, After a field survey of 16 primary and secondary schools in New York City, starting with the current situation of curriculums in primary and secondary schools in New York City, the paper discusses the background of the political and cultural traditions, the protection of curriculumdecision-marking, the professional assistance policies of curriculum development, and curriculum evaluation strategiesin the United States. At the same time, in order to promote the construction of school-based curriculum in our country, the author puts forward suggestions from four aspects: the goal of the curriculum, the decision-making power of the curriculum, professional assistance and paying attention to the students' real needs.
