摘要
从构成和影响因素两个维度,构建产业创新生态系统知识优势的评价指标体系,提出主客观组合赋权模糊综合评价模型——K-CF模型。以成都高新区89家科技企业为样本,运用因子分析法和K-CF模型对科技产业创新生态系统知识优势评价体系的合理性和适用性进行检验。分析结果表明,采用该评价指标体系和K-CF模型能较为科学地得到产业创新生态系统知识优势水平及各企业知识优势在系统中所处位置,能发现导致系统知识优势不佳的相关因素,帮助领导者和决策者改善知识优势状况,具有较强的理论意义和实践推广价值。
With the dimensions of constitutes and key influencing factors, this paper builds an evaluation index system of knowledge ad- vantage of industry innovation ecosystem, and proposes K-CF model( Knowledge advantage of Industrial Innovation Ecosystem-Combina- tion of Subjective& Objective Weight-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation) . Using evidence from 89 technology companies in Chengdu high-tech zone, it proves the reasonability and applicability of the evaluation index system on the basis of factor analvsis and tha K-CF model. The results show that this evaluation index system and its K-CF model can scientifically get the whole knowledge rating of indus- trial innovation ecosystem and the site of the companies' knowledge advantage in the ecosystem, can find some relevant factors blocking the formation of knowledge advantage, which would help leaders and decision-makers to improve the condition of knowledge advantage, and have strong theory significance and practice value.
