摘要
由于受不同的社会环境、政策环境和人才培养需要的影响,产学研合作培养创新型人才模式多种多样,不同类型的合作模式之间既有差异也存在共性。本文主要从国内和国外两方面对产学研合作培养创新型人才的模式进行比较分析,并从国外产学研成功模式中得到经验和启示,以促进中国产学研合作创新模式进一步深化和发展,为国家创新驱动发展人才培养、创新型国家建设提供有效借鉴。
Innovation driven is essentially talent driven. Due to the influence of the different social environment, policy environment and innovative talents needs, there are many kinds of innovative talents cultivating modes in industry-university-research institute coopera- tion, with differences and similarities between different types of modes. This paper researches on the cultivating innovative talents from domestic and foreign aspects, and gets the experience and enlightenment from the overseas modes, which would deepen and develop the domestic modes of industry-university-research institute cooperation and provide effective reference for cuhivating innovative talents for the national innovation-driven development and the construction of innovative country.
