摘要
从吉林省某信鸽繁育场病死信鸽气管中分离到1株优势菌,通过细菌形态观察、生化试验及16SrDNA基因序列测定方法对分离菌株进行鉴定,测序结果显示该菌与鸡杆菌复合群3的同源性为99%,将其命名为gg,并采用MEGA6.0软件构建系统进化树。回归致病性试验中,该菌对供试种鸽具有较强致病性。药敏试验结果显示,分离菌棒对选用的抗菌药物均敏感。研究结果对我国鸡杆菌复合群3感染的流行病学调查和防治提供了一定的数据支持。
One dominant bacterium was isolated and identified by morphological characteristics, biochemical test and 16S rDNA sequencing from trachea of diseased pigeon in one breeding farm of Jilin province, sequencing result showed that the isolated strain was 99 % homology with Gallibacterium genomosp. 3, then named it gg and phylogenetic tree was constructed by MEGA6. 0 software. Animal pathogenicity test showed that the isolated strain had strong pathogenicity to pi- geon. Drug sensitive test result showed that the isolated strain was sensitive to all selected antibiotics. The research provided data support for epidemiological investigation, prophylaxis and treatment of Gallibacterium genomosp. 3 infection.
