高频超声对试验性犬膝关节骨关节炎诊断意义 被引量:8

摘要 探索犬早期骨关节炎影像学特点,为诊断犬膝关节骨关节炎提供影像依据。本研究将36只健康雄性小型杂种犬随机平均分为模型组与对照组,模型组犬右后肢膝关节使用改良后的前十字韧带切断法诱导骨关节炎,对照组仅做切开右后肢膝关节囊后缝合处理。在试验第4,8及12周进行光镜组织学检查与高频超声检查2组犬膝关节的影像变化特点。结果表明,随造模时间延长,模型组犬膝关节骨关节炎组织学检查同超声图像观察结果一致呈加重表现,关节腔积液增多、滑膜增厚、内外髁软骨厚度变薄,与对照组比较均差异显著(P〈0.05)。高频超声对急性期及早期骨关节炎病变敏感,为骨关节炎的早期诊断提供一种安全、简便的方法。 The purpose of this study was to explored early stage imaging features of canine osteoarthritis,provided imaging evidence for the diagnosis of canine knee osteoarthritis. The 36 small male hybrid dogs were randomly divided into model group and control group. The knee osteoarthritis model was established by improving anterior cruciate ligament cutting method. The joint capsule was sutured after cuting open in control group. The knees were observated by histology experi- ment,high-frequency ultrasound and Mankin scores in 4,8 and 12 weeks,respectively. With modeling prolonged, the exacerbation results of histology experiment on canine knee were consistent with high-frequency ultrasound. The joint effusion, synovial thickening and condylar cartilage thinning in model group were significantly different with control group(P〈0.05). High-frequency ultrasound was sensitive to acute and early osteoarthritis and provided a safe and simple diagnosis method for early osteoarthritis.
