摘要
目前结构规范中对于竖向荷载作用下结构水平位移计算和控制没有明确要求,常规高层建筑无需考虑竖向荷载对水平位移的影响,但对于带高位大悬挑的建筑来说,悬挑部位竖向荷载对结构水平位移影响较大。以某项目为例,对带高位大悬挑的框架-核心筒超高层结构的水平位移进行了分析研究,主要分析了带高位大悬挑的高层建筑的水平位移特征、楼板刚度对水平位移的影响、核心筒与框架之间的变形协调等,这些都与常规高层建筑有明显不同。在分析研究的基础上,提出了对带高位大悬挑的框架-核心筒超高层结构控制水平位移和层间位移角的方法,总结归纳了带高位大悬挑的高层建筑在进行设计时的一些要点及相应的建议。
At present,there are no clear requirements for calculation and control of structural horizontal displacement under vertical loads. The effect of vertical load on the horizontal displacement does not need to be considered in design of conventional high-rise buildings,but for the buildings with high-position large cantilever,the vertical load on the cantilever has a great impact on the horizontal displacement of the structure. Taking a project as an example,the horizontal displacement of super high-rise frame-corewall structures with high-position large cantilever was analyzed,mainly including its horizontal displacement characteristics,impact of floor stiffness on horizontal displacement,and deformation coordination between corewall and frame. These features were obviously different from those of conventional high-rise buildings. On the basis of analysis,methods were put forward for horizontal displacement control and interlayer displacement angle control on super high-rise frame-corewall structures with high-position large cantilever. Some key points and corresponding suggestions were summarized for high-rise buildings with high-position large cantilever.
