枯草芽孢杆菌E-E-8对大肠杆菌感染肉鸡生产性能和免疫功能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为了探讨枯草芽孢杆菌E-8对大肠杆菌感染肉鸡的生产性能和免疫功能的影响,将100只20日龄罗斯308肉鸡随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复6~7只鸡。即A组(饲喂基础日粮)、B组(枯草芽孢杆菌E-8 10~8cfu/mL)、C组(大肠杆菌10~8cfu/mL)、D组(大肠杆菌10~8cfu/mL+硫酸新霉素5.0 mg/mL)和E组(大肠杆菌10~8cfu/mL+枯草芽孢杆菌E-8 10~8cfu/mL),试验期为8 d。结果显示,大肠杆菌可导致肉鸡腹泻甚至死亡,枯草芽孢杆菌E-8可明显抑制大肠杆菌导致的腹泻,治愈率达80%,与D组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。E组较C组周增重和周耗料量增加,周料重比降低,血清中IgA、IgG和十二指肠黏膜中IL-2、S-IgA含量有明显升高,十二指肠的绒毛高度和V/C值明显升高,小肠绒毛形态得到一定程度的修复。表明枯草芽孢杆菌E-8能有效治疗肉鸡大肠杆菌性腹泻,提高大肠杆菌感染肉鸡的饲料利用率和机体免疫力。 This study evaluated the effects of Bacillus subtilis E-8 (BS E-8)on production performance and immune function in enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC)infected broilers. A total of 100 20-day-old Ross 308 broilers were randomly allocated into 5 groups, each group had three repeats, and each repeat had 6 to 7 chickens, which were group A (fed basal diets), group B (fed basal diets with BS E-8 10+ cfu/mL), group C (fed basal diets with ETEC 10+ cfu/mL), group D (fed basal diets with ETEC 10^8 cfu/mL and neomycin sulfate 5.0 mg /mL), group E (fed basal diets with ETEC 10^8cfu/mL and BS E-8 10^8 cfu/mL). The trial lasted for 7 days. The results showed that the ETEC could cause chicken diarrhea (95%)even death (40%), BS E-8 could inhibit diarrhea obviously (80%), there had no significant difference compared with group D (P〉0.05). BS E-8 could significantly improve the weekly weight gain and the feed conversion ratio of broilers. The IgA and IgG in serum, IL-2 and S-IgA in duodenal mucosa were increased significantly in group E than those in group C (P〈0.05). BS E-8 could increase duodenal villus height and V/C value obviously, improve morphological development of small intestinal villus. It's concluded that BS E-8 was effective in treatment of diarrhea caused by ETEC, improvd production performance and body immunity of broilers.
