摘要
番鸭是优良的肉鸭品种,具有耐粗食、易肥育、瘦肉率高、生产肥肝性能好和味道鲜美等优点。本文就番鸭及半番鸭SNP的研究现状,阐述了研究中的品种、涉及的基因及研究方法,并在羽色、生长性状、肉质性状和繁殖性状方面的研究成果进行了综述,为研究人员从事相关研究提供参考资料。
Muscovy duck is an excellent meat-type variety of duck. It has some advantages such as resistant to coarse food, easily fattening, high lean meat rate, good material for producting fat liver, delicious taste and so on. This paper reviewed the single nucleotide polymorphism （SNP） of Muscovy Duck about main varieties, research methods, host genes of SNP, some traits including growth traits, feather color traits, meat quality traits and reproductive traits. This artiele aimed to give help to other researchers doing related work.
