医院执行力文化是医院文化建设的核心内涵,是提高医院竞争力、战斗力、向心力的重要途径。从执行力文化定义和意义入手,介绍了医院执行力文化建设的主要做法、取得的初步成效。
The execution culture is the core connotation of hospital culture construction. It is an important way to improve the hospital＇s competitiveness, combat ability and centripetal force. Based on the definition and meaning of execution force culture, the paper introduces the main practice of implementation force culture construction and the preliminary achievement.
