摘要
离子液体具有高熔点和高沸点双重作用,其在溶解、催化降解方面有着巨大的潜力。采用[Bmim]Cl离子液体对对位芳纶1414织物进行预处理,分析处理温度、处理时间等因素对织物染色性能的影响,通过扫描电镜图片观察织物表面处理效果,结合处理后织物强力,确定最佳处理工艺。结果表明,[Bmim]Cl离子液体在200℃处理10 min后,芳纶织物表面存在坑洞和凹槽。采用阳离子红2GL染料对其进行染色,可获得良好的染色效果。
Ionic liquid has high melting points and boiling points, resulting in its big potential in dissolution and catalytic degradation, tn order to investigate the application effect of ionic liquid on Kevlar fabric dyeing, [Bmim]CI ionic liquid is adopted to pretreat the Aramid 1414 fabric. The effect of treating temperature and treating time on dyeing properties are analyzed, the surface treatment effect is observed by scanning electron microscopic image, the property of treated fabric is discussed by strength, then the treatment conditions are optimized. The results show that, after treated by [Bmim]Cl ionic liquid at 200 ℃ for 5 min, the Kevlar fabric has little holes and grooves on their surface, good dyeing properties are obtained with Cationic Red dye 2GL at pH=4.5, NaCI 10 g/L, dyeing at 100 ℃ for 45 min, the best dyeing results are obtained.
