摘要
新型凹印水性分散墨水是基于高效分散技术制成的纳米级分散染料印刷墨,可采用现有设备和印制工艺。介绍了水性墨水的几个技术指标,包括转印纸张的色密度、面料的色密度,以及水性墨转印的色牢度等,发现水性墨转印面料的颜色色彩、色牢度等均符合生产要求。
A novel water-based ink for gravure printing is a kind of nano-size, low VOC pouring disperse ink with efficient dispersing technology, and can be suitable for the existing equipment and process. The technical indexes of water-based ink are introduced, including color densities on transfer paper and fabric, and color fastness of the fabric. It is found that the shade and color fastness of the prints with the new ink can meet production requirements.
