摘要
采用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚二元醇F-6和二羟甲基丙酸为主要原料,制成水性聚氨酯作为整理剂,用于棉织物的整理。讨论整理剂用量、焙烘时间、焙烘温度对整理后棉织物各项性能的影响。结果表明,棉织物整理工艺条件为:水性聚氨酯质量浓度60 g/L,在160℃焙烘3 min。整理后棉织物的弹性回复角明显提高。
Waterborne polyurethane (WPU) is prepared by the reaction of isophorone isocyanate (IPDi), polyether polyol (F-6), and dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA). Its applied properties onto cotton fabric are discussed, and finishing process is optimized from the aspects of waterborne polyurethane concentra- tions, curing time and temperature. It is found that cotton fabric has enhanced recovery angle after treated with 60 g/L polyurethane and cured at 160 ℃ for 3 min.
