摘要
采用低温煮练剂QH-1338B对棉针织物低温前处理,探讨了处理温度、处理时间、助剂用量对前处理效果的影响,优化的低温前处理工艺为:QH-1338B 2.0g/L,NaOH 2.0 g/L,50%H_2O_2 4.0 g/L,80℃处理45 min。处理后棉织物白度为79.6%、毛效13.5 cm/30 min、强力330.5 N,达到常规前处理工艺的效果,并能节约30%的能耗。
Low temperature pretreatment of cotton knitted fabric is carried out with low temperature scouring agent QH-1338B. The effects of processing temperature, time and the amount of additives on the pretreatment effect are discussed. The optimum low temperature pretreatment process is: QH-1338B 2 g/L, NaOH 2 g/L, 50% H2O2 4 g/L, and treating at 80 ℃for 45 min. The prepared cotton fabric features 79.6% of whiteness, 13.5 cm/30 min of capillary effect and 330.5 N of breaking strength. The low temperature pretreatment process can achieve the same effect as that with the conventional process, while the former can save 30% energy consumption.
