负游隙对四点接触转盘球轴承摩擦力矩影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 根据建立的摩擦力矩模型,分析了四点接触转盘球轴承的负游隙与摩擦力矩间的关系,并通过试验对理论分析结果进行了验证。研究结果表明:轴承的负游隙越小,轴承的摩擦力矩越大,并且增幅越来越大。拟合出了摩擦力矩与负游隙间的关系式,解决了实际应用中轴承负游隙难以测量的问题。 The built friction torque model is based on. The relationship of the negative axial internal clearance and friction torque of four contact-point slewing ball bearing was analyzed, and the theoretical analysis were validated through test. The study results show that with the decreased of the negative axial internal clearance of the bearing, the friction torque is increased, and the amplitude is become larger. The equation of the relationship between negative axial internal clearance and friction torque is regressed, and the problem is resolved which is hard to measure the bearing internal clearance in practice.
