摘要
基于恒功率控制功能原理性误差的研究,从独立性角度出发,针对不同影响因子,分别建立从斜盘倾角到工作压力和输出流量的映射,计算不同影响因子单独作用下斜盘倾角关于误差的函数以及斜盘最大位置时影响因子关于误差的函数,分析各个影响因子对原理性误差和误差变化趋势的影响程度,为恒功率变量泵关键结构的设计提供理论依据。
Based on the research of principle error, from the angle of independence, for different impact factors of constant power control function, the mappings from the swash plate angle to work pressure and output flow are established. It was calculated of the function of swash plate angle to error and function of impact factor to error on the maximal displacement of swash plate under the action of different influence factors, and analyzed of the influence degree of each influence factor on the original reason of error and error change trend. Provide theoretical basis for key structure design of variable pump with constant power.
