基于EPICS&ARM的分布式测控系统设计

摘要 设计了一种分布式测控系统,阐述了系统总体构架,重点介绍通用测控终端的设计方案。分析了多个模块设计的关键技术环节。该系统基于FPGA和ARM双核控制,设计了模拟量输入输出、调理电路、开关量输入输出电路、脉冲量输入输出、CAN通信接口、flash读写等模块。实验结果表明:该系统具有开放性、微型化、网络互联、友好人机界面,可靠性高、性价比高的特点。 A sort of design technique of distributed measurement and control system is given. The overall framework of system was expounded. Design scheme of universal measurement and control terminal was introduced mainly. Key techniques were analyzed in many modules design. This system was based on Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) and ARM dual-core control. Analog input and output, conditioning circuit, switch input and output circuit, pulse input and output, Controller Area Network (CAN) communication interface, FLASH read and write modules were devised. Experiments show that this system has advantages of openness, miniaturization, network interconnection, friendly man-machine interface, high reliability, and high cost performance characteristics.
