摘要
制动器是保证电梯的安全运行重要安全部件,其质量好坏直接影响电梯的安全性能。设计了制动器检测试验台,能够检测出制动器的性能参数是否满足要求。通过理论分析制动力矩与故障原因之间的对应关系,提出了一种新的故障分析方法。用线性回归及方差估计的方法分析了试验数据,并用该方法给出了故障原因。
Brake is a key safety part of the elevator to guarantee its safe operation, whose quality directly impacts on the safety performance of the elevator. Brake test bench is designed to test whether the brake performance parameters meet the requirements. A new method of fault analysis was put forward through theoretical analyzing the corresponding relationship between the braking torque and the cause of the fault. At last, using linear regression and variance estimation method to analyze the experiment data, and the cause of the fault is given with this method.
