风电齿轮箱润滑油污染物及油中磨粒状态分析 被引量:18

摘要 污染物是造成风电齿轮箱失效的一个重要原因。为了研究油中污染物及磨粒存在状态对齿轮箱的影响,指导齿轮箱的维护,对某风场已正常运行4年的18台风机在不同运行时段齿轮油中污染度、水分及磨损颗粒物进行检测。结果发现,大部分齿轮油的污染度难以维持在17/15/11(ISO4406),部分风机齿轮油污染度甚至高达22/20/16(ISO4406)。在污染颗粒物中,主要以4~6μm的颗粒物为主,每毫升油液中污染颗粒物数量最高可达24 911个;该风场齿轮油中水分和酸值的含量均在正常运行范围内,对油品和齿轮箱的危害较小;该风场正常运行中的风机的齿轮和轴承均发生了一定程度的磨损,主要以疲劳磨损为主,尺寸最大的颗粒为严重的滑动磨损产生的。 Contaminant is an important reason which causes the wind gear box failure.In order to study the effect of con- taminant and wear particles on the gear box and guide the maintenance of gear box, the oil cleanliness level, moisture con- tent and wear particle in the gear oils which were used in the 18 fans with normal operation for 4 years were tested.It is found that the oil cleanliness level in most gear oils cannot maintain in 17/15/11 (ISO4406) , the oil cleanliness level of some oil are even as high as 22/20/16(ISO4406) .The particle size of most particles in the contaminant is from 4 to 6 p,m, the maximum number of grains per milliliter is up to 24 911.The water content and acid value of the gear oils are all in the normal range which have little harmful to the oil and the gear box.In addition,a certain degree of wear occurs in the gears and bearings of the normal operating fan, which is mainly fatigue wear, and the particle of the largest size is caused by slid- ing wear.
