摘要
在航空发动机台架试车过程中,运用先进的滑油颗粒监测设备,开展发动机台架滑油系统颗粒监测实验,探索滑油系统颗粒变化规律;通过对某型航空发动机台架滑油系统进行分析,确定滑油取样位置和时机;运用三线值法制定发动机台架滑油系统颗粒监控标准并进行实例验证分析。结果表明,该监控标准合理可行,为监控发动机零部件磨损情况和台架滑油系统污染程度提供参考。
During the process of the aero-engine rig test, advanced particle monitoring equipment was useo m me luoneating oil system, and the particle monitoring experiment was carded out for the lubricating oil system by aero-engine bench to explore the variation of the particles in the lubricating oil system .The location and timing of the oil sampling was deter- mined through the analysis of the lubricating oil system of a certain aero-engine bench.The standard of aero-engine "lubrica- ting oil particle monitor and control was determined by using three-value evaluation, and an example was given to validate the standard.The result shows that the monitoring standard is reasonable and feasible,which provides a reference for moni- toring the wear of engine parts and the pollution of lubricating oil system.
