粗品碳酸锂制备高纯碳酸锂工艺研究 被引量:8

摘要 目前中国碳酸锂生产用原料仍主要依靠进口,如何以国内丰富的锂原料进行高品质碳酸锂生产,满足市场需求是国内锂行业的重要课题。以某盐湖生产出的粗品碳酸锂为原料,通过水洗、苛化、碳化、络合、脱碳等工艺综合运用,制备得到高纯碳酸锂,相关产品指标高于YS/T 546—2008《高纯碳酸锂》要求,副产的脱碳母液生产工业级氟化锂,进一步提升锂收率,开辟出一条新型的适用于工业化生产的高品质碳酸锂技术路线。 At present,the application of lithium carbonate products in China is still mainly rely on imports.An important issue for Chinese lithium industry is how to use the domestic rich lithium raw materials for the production of high-quality lithium carbonate.The crude lithium carbonate produced by a salt lake was used as raw material,and the high purity lithium carbonate was prepared by the combination of water washing,causticization,carbonization,complexation and decarburization etc..The product quality was higher than the standard requirement of YS/T 546—2008,High-Quality Lithium Carbonate.The byproduct of decarburization solution was used for the production of industrial-grade lithium fluoride.Therefore,it′s a new technology route suitable for industrial production of high-quality lithium carbonate.
