石油焦热裂解复合无机催化剂性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 石油焦作为燃料使用广泛,其本身具有挥发分低、含硫量高、含碳量高、燃烧困难的特点。笔者课题组研发的复合无机催化剂,由高分子络合物、碱性金属的水溶性化合物、过渡金属的水溶性化合物及稀土金属的水溶性化合物等复配而成。通过差热天平分析法和高温灼烧法研究复合无机催化剂对石油焦热裂解的催化性能,测试不同元素组合催化剂的催化作用,评价各组分之间的协同作用,结果表明添加过渡金属元素、稀土金属元素等可以显著改善复合无机催化剂的催化作用。 Petroleum coke has being used widely as kind of fuel,which has a lot of characteristics,such as low volatile,high sulfur,high carbon content and combustion difficulty.The composite inorganic catalysts developed by Cener Tech Tianjin Chemical Research and Design Institute Co,Ltd.,is made of water-soluble polymer complex,alkali metal compounds,transition metal and rare earth metal of water-soluble compounds etc..Thermo gravimetric analyzer(TGA) and high temperature muffle furnace(HTMA) were used to research the catalytic properties of composite inorganic catalysts for petroleum coke cracking.Different elements combination effect on catalyst performance was tested and the synergy between the each composition was evaluated.The results indicated that the catalytic role of inorganic composite catalyst could be improved significantly,with adding transitional metal elements,and rare earth metal elements.
