摘要
通过在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和N-甲基吗啉的体系中加入苯酐和甘氨酸制备了邻苯二甲酰氨基乙酸。考察了苯酐与甘氨酸的质量之比、加热反应时间、反应温度、反应功率对邻苯二甲酰氨基乙酸合成的影响。通过微波辅助合成反应仪来提高有机产率,发现当苯酐和甘氨酸的质量之比是2∶1,反应温度是80℃,反应时间是60s,反应功率是60%所制得邻苯二甲酰氨基乙酸的产率最高,为64.8%。
By n, n- dimethylfonnamide and n- methylmorpholine, phthalic acid was prepared by adding phenylanhydride and glycine. Examine the quality ratio of phenylanhydride with glycine and heating the reaction time,reaction temperature, reaction power of the development of formyl amino acetic acid synthesis yield. The organic yield was improved by microwave assisted synthesizer and found that when phenylanhydride with glycine in the quality ratio is 2:1 ,the heating the reaction time of 60s ,and the reaction temperature is 80~C when obtained the development of formyl amino acetic acid yield the highest maximum of 64. 8%.
