索氏提取芦荟中芦荟苷的工艺研究

Study of the Optimization Extraction Process of Aloin in Aloe by Soxhlet Extraction

本实验利用索氏法提取中华芦荟中的芦荟苷,研究了料液比、乙醇浓度和提取时间这三种单因素以及正交试验,得到不同因素对芦荟苷提取率的影响。实验结果显示:当提取条件为液料比1∶10,乙醇浓度70%,提取时间12h时,芦荟苷的提取率最大,为1.22 mg/g。

In this experiment, aloin was extracted from Aloe vera L. var chinensis by Soxhlet extractor method. We studied the effects of different factors on the extraction rate of aloin through the single factors and orthogonal test. The three factors were the ratio of solid - liquid, the ethanol concentration and the extraction time. The results showed that the maximun extraction rate of aloin was 1.22 mg/g when the extraction conditions were liquid ratio l：10,ethanol concentration 80% and extraction time 8 h .
