钛白副产物硫酸亚铁的精制研究 被引量:4

摘要 我国的钛白生产绝大多数采用的硫酸法会产生大量的副产物,生产每吨钛白将产生3.5~4t的七水硫酸亚铁(俗称绿矾)。该硫酸亚铁除少量用于净水剂及肥料外,大部分被排放到江河湖海,为了有效利用资源和减少环境污染,对硫酸亚铁进行精制研究,得到最佳精制方法及实验条件:水解的初始pH值控制在3.0,水解的温度控制在80℃,水解溶液浓度对钛白副产物硫酸亚铁提纯的影响不明显,絮凝的最佳水温控制在50~60℃,絮凝剂的投加量为1.3mg/L,以70 r/min慢速搅拌15min,结晶温度为20℃,搅拌的速率为50r/min。 Most of the titanium dioxide production in our country will produce a large amount of by - products by sulfuric acid method,the production of titanium dioxide per ton will produce 3.5 - 4t heptahydrate ferrous sulfate ( commonly known as melanterite ). In addition to a small amount of iron sulfate used for water purification and fertilizer,most are discharged into rivers, lakes and seas. In order to make effective use of resources and reduce environmental pollution, The refining of ferrous sulfate is studied,The optimum experimental conditions were obtained:The initial pH of hydrolysis was controlled at 3, The hydrolysis temperature was controlled at 80℃ ,The concentration of hydrolysis solution has no obvious influence on the purification of ferrous sulfate from the by - product of titanium dioxide, The optimum water temperature of floceulation was controlled at 50 - 60℃ ,The flocculant dosage was 1.3 mg/L, Stir slowly at 70 r/min for 15 minutes, The crystallization temperature was 20℃, The rate of stirring was 50 r/min.
