节能型实验用冷却水循环水箱的设计

摘要 针对高校化学实验课冷凝水的浪费现象,利用智能控温仪、循环泵、报警器、热电偶、储水箱等设计了节能型冷凝水循环水箱。该水箱利用循环泵将储水池中的水加入冷凝管再循环回水箱,使冷凝水得到循环使用,节约了大量的自来水资源;水箱中加冰盒,保证冷凝效果;即使实验过程中遇突然停水,也能保证实验的顺利进行。 Considering the waste phenomenon of condensate water in college chemical experiments, energy - saving condensate circulating water tank was designed by utilizing the intelligent temperature control, recycle pump, alertor, thermocouple, storage water tank and so on. The water tank can add the water of tank to condenser pipe and then recirculate it to water tank again by mean of recycle pump, which not only saved plenty of running water resources but also recycled condensed water. The way to ensure the effect of condensation is to add the ice box in water tank ,which can guarantee smooth running of experiment even if the water cut suddenly during the experiment.
