为认真贯彻落实习近平总书记关于总体国家安全观的重要论述和省委、省政府主要领导同志批示精神,深刻吸取临沂金誉石化"6·5"爆炸着火重大事故教训,按照"全覆盖、零容忍、严执法、重实效"的要求,以防爆炸、防火灾、防泄漏、防中毒为工作重点,省、市、县三级监管执法队伍联合行动,笔者跟随检查,通过检查发现的问题,反思问题存在的原因,提出相关建议,从而达到全面消除各类危险化学品安全隐患,有效防范遏制重特大事故发生,尽快扭转危险化学品领域安全生产被动局面。
