3/2接线方式下隔离开关解环操作风险分析

摘要 3/2断路器接线方式为500 kV变电站常见的主接线方式,在该接线方式下若断路器发生"跳闸闭锁"无法操作时,可采用隔离开关实施解环操作以提高供电可靠性。通过对隔离开关解环操作风险进行分析,提出了相应的风险控制措施和解环操作流程,消除了隔离开关解环操作中存在的安全隐患,保证了电网安全稳定运行。 3/2 circuit breaker connection mode is the common main connection mode in 500 kV substation. If circuit breakers cannot be operated because of the occurrence of circuit breaker "trip locking" in that connection mode, disconnecting switch can be used to realize the breaking loop operation to improve the power supply reliability. By analyzing risks in the breaking loop operation by disconnecting switch, corresponding risk control measures and breaking loop operation process are proposed, which eliminate potential security hazards in breaking loop operation by disconnecting switch and guarantee the security and stability operation power grid.
