某电厂燃气轮机功率振荡事件分析和处理

摘要 对某电厂燃气轮机功率振荡事件进行分析。通过现场检查,发现燃气轮机输出的有功功率振荡是由燃气流量控制阀、燃气压力调节阀磨损、松动引起的。单机有功功率振荡还导致了无功功率的大幅振荡,其原因是励磁系统的PSS采用了PSS1A模型。为了避免类似事件再次发生,建议加强燃气流量控制阀、燃气压力调节阀的解体检修,此外,作为调峰或日起停的燃气轮机组,其PSS不适宜采用PSS1A模型。 A power oscillation incident in a gas turbine plant is analyzed. By field inspection, it is found that the output of active power oscillation from the gas turbine is caused by the abrasion and loose of the gas flow control valve and the gas pressure control valve. The active power oscillation of single unit also caused the large scale of reactive power oscillation, which is because of the usage of PSS1A model in the PSS of excitation system. In order to avoid similar incident happening again, it is suggested that the overhaul of the gas flow control valve and the gas pressure control valve be strengthened, and the PSS1A model is not suitable to be used in the PSS of gas turbine unit if it is used as the peak regulation or the daily starting & stopping unit.
