艾山省级自然保护区范围及功能区调整探究

Study On The Adjustment For The Scope And Functional Areas Of Aishan Provincial Nature Reserve

艾山地区是我国暖温带落叶阔叶林的典型代表,为了保护艾山森林生态系统、保护珍稀物种及生物多样性,本文通过参与艾山省级自然保护区范围及功能区调整工作,从自然保护区调整的原因、调整范围、土地性质、功能区划等方面进行了研究,分析保护区资源特点,提出发展面临管护难度大、组织机构不完善、人员配备不合理以及保护价值不高区域划入保护区等问题,同时提出顺应自然保护区发展的分区模式,并分析调整前后的生态影响。使保护区内的各类动植物资源和主要保护区对象得到了更好地保护,进一步推进保护区规范化建设,完善保护区管理体系和设施设备,提升保护区保护管理水平,充分发挥维护生态平衡等功能,进一步改善周边环境,实现艾山自然保护区的可持续发展。

In order to protect the Aishan forest ecosystem and the rare species biodiversity, this paper partici- pates the adjustment for the scope of Aishan Provincial Nature Reserve and the functional area. It includes the natu- ral reasons for the adjustment of the protected area, the scope of adjustment, the nature of the land, the functional zoning and so on. The paper analyzes the characteristics of the resources of the protected area and points out that the development is difficult to manage, the organization is not perfect and the staffing is unreasonable and the pro- tection value is not high into the protection area and other issues. At the same time, it proposes the nature reserve zoning model and analyzes the ecological impact. It makes all kinds of animal and plant resources better protected, to further promote the standardization of protected areas, to improve the management system and facilities, to im- prove the management of protected areas, to maintain ecological balance, to improve the surrounding environment and to achieve the sustainable development of Aishan Nature Reserve
