Based on the situation for the seedlings growing in the test region, the present paper studies on the seed- ling for different treatments from the observation and practice of hystrix seed germination and seedling hystrix explo- ration of optimization technology. It produced practice in order to guide and improve the effect of seedling of red cone. In addition, it also provides the material basis for the red vertebral implant.
