摘要
把3D打印技术应用于随形冷却水道塑料模具制造,不但可以加快塑料模具的设计与制造速度,而且能够克服常规塑料模具(直冷水道)由于冷却不均匀引起的翘曲变形,且能大幅缩短冷却周期和提高生产效率。
By nsing 3D printing lechnology for manufacturing conformal cooling channel type plastic mold production, nol only can accelerate the design and manufacture of plastic moht speed, but also can overcome the conventional plastic mold (direct cooling channel) due to warpage caused by uneven cooling, and can greatly shorten the cooling cycle and improve production efficiency.
