摘要
采用多弧离子镀工业制备技术沉积CrTiAlSiN多元复合涂层,利用显微硬度计、球痕仪、划痕仪、摩擦磨损试验机、扫面电子显微镜以及能谱仪对涂层基本力学性能、摩擦学特性和显微形貌进行对比分析,跟踪统计了CrTiAlSiN涂层对3种不同材质热作模具工作寿命的实际提升效果。结果表明:CrTiAlSiN涂层厚度5.14μm;硬度HV3421,结合力良好;涂层摩擦系数达到0.762,磨损机理为粘着磨损,耐磨性良好;在3种热作模具表面沉积CrTiAlSiN涂层后,模具工作寿命均得到有效提高,尤其对冷冲压模具效果更显著,可提高工作寿命4倍。
CrTiAlSiN multi-composite coating was deposited by the industrial preparation of arc ion plating, the basic mechanical properties, tribological properties and microstructure of the coating was compared and analyzed by micro-hardness tester, ball maker, scratch tester, friction and wear tester, scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer. The practical promotion effect of CrTiAlSiN coating on the working life of three different material hot working dies was tracked and counted. The results show that the thickness of CrTiAlSiN coating is 5.14μm, and the hardness is HV3421, and the adhesion is good. The wear resistance is good with the friction coefficient of the coating reaches 0.762 and the wear mechanism is adhesive wear, As the deposition of CrTiA1SiN coating on the surface of the three hot working dies, working life of the die has been effectively improved, especially for cold stamping die more significant effect, which can improve the working life by 4 time.
