摘要
工程中进行半量程测量以及中心点标注往往需要通过间接测量来实现,这增加了测量步骤和测量误差.为此,本研究借鉴游标卡尺的原理和结构,设计了一种半量程卡尺,基于UG软件进行三维建模,并利用快速成型技术制作了成品,最后通过2个工件半径量测量及中心点标注的实例,验证了该半量程卡尺的可用性.
The half range measurement and the center point mark in engineering often needs to be achieved through indirect measurement, thus increasing the measurement procedures and measurement error. Theretbre, this paper designed a half range caliper based on the principle and structure of vernier caliper. In addition, a 3D modeled based on UG software, and the end product was made by using rapid prototyping technology. Finally, its availability is verified through two examples of radius and center point mark.
