The construction of college learning counselor team in We-Media environment is not only necessary for colleges to strengthen and improve ideological and political work of college students, but also an essential demand for counselors to achieve a professional and specialized development. First, the paper analyses the connotation of the construction of learning counselor team in colleges and puts forward its necessity. Secondly, the paper analyses its main contents. Finally, the article proposes some ways to construct the learning counselor team, such as the establishment of We-Media study system, organization leadership system of adapting to We-Media environment, the institutional system, and so on.
