摘要
柬埔寨的教育体系包含学术教育、职业技术教育和非正规教育三条主线.其职业技术教育从20世纪60年代开始发展,21世纪初制定了一系列的法律法规和发展规划,建立了职业资格框架体系,形成了自上而下3个层次的纵向治理架构,职业教育制度逐步完善.为了满足经济与产业结构调整、青年就业与发展和人才结构升级需要,同时为了解决劳动力技能错位问题,柬埔寨政府致力于提升职业教育质量,增加平等入学机会,通过公私合营促进可持续发展,加强制度建设提升治理能力,持续推动职业教育的发展进程.
Cambodia education system has three mainlines: academic education, TVET and non-formal education. Cambodia TVET started from the 1960s. In the early stage of the 21st century, a series of laws, policies and strategic plans were formulated and the 3-level hierarchal TVET governance structure was established. In order to satisfy the needs of national economic and industrial adjustment, youth employment and development, talent structure update, and at the same time, solve the problem of misplacement of labor skills, Cambodia government strives to promote the education quality of TVET, increase the equal opportunities for enrollment, and encourage a public and private partnership. Besides, the government is trying to achieve a sustainable development for TVET by improve its policy makinz and management ability.
