Croatia is an economically developed country in the Balkans and has a complete national education system. The construction and development of a vocational education system in Croatia aims to provide students with quality learning opportunities and skills required to enter the labor market and provide them with the necessary employment support and continuing education and training opportunities. The Croatia government is supporting its vocational education from several aspects such as legislation, quality guarantee and faculty building. In order to meet the needs for vocational and technical personnel during the national economic transformation and development, the Croatian government actively carries out the comprehensive reform of vocational education. It is trying to promote the deep development of vocational education, implement the new curriculum reform program, highlight the cultivation of students＇ ability, improve the guarantee system of adult education and promote the overall quality of vocational education.
