摘要
为解决某电厂330 MW机组排烟温度高于设计值严重影响机组经济运行的问题,提出应用热一次风温控制系统,即在锅炉热风管道布置换热面,利用凝结水回收热量调节一次风温度。改造后排烟温度得到控制,提高了锅炉运行的经济性和安全性。
To improve the operation economy of a 330 MW unit that is greatly affected by its exhaust gas temperature higher than design value, a hot primary air temperature control system was proposed. The specific way is to arrange additional heat-transfer surfaces in hot gas pipes of boiler, and then recover waste heat by condensation water. After retrofit, the exhaust gas temperature is now under control, resulting in improved operation economy and safety of the boiler.
