摘要
针对某厂前后墙对冲锅炉燃用贫煤时出现的结焦问题,从锅炉设计、燃烧器安装、运行燃烧调整等几个方面对结焦现象进行分析,得出炉膛截面热负荷设计偏高、燃烧器周向安装角度偏差及燃烧器配风不合理等是造成结焦的主要原因,结合冷态动力场试验采取了相应的治理措施后,结焦现象明显好转。
To solve the coking problem existing in an opposed lean coal-fired boiler, an analysis was conducted from the aspects of boiler design, burner arrangement and combustion adjustment, etc., after which the coking was found to be caused by too high design values of heat load in boiler furnace, deviated circumferential installation angle of burners and unreasonable air distribution. Based on cold-state aerodynamic field testing, corresponding countermeasures were taken, and the coking phenomenon was improved significantly hereafter.
