对高层建筑消防设计中几个问题的思考

在近几十年的发展中,我国重点发展城市经济,使得城市人口逐年增加,造成城市建筑用地相对不足,尤其是北上广等大城市。为解决城市建筑用地问题,我国在城市进行高层楼房建造,建筑的层数越来越多,很大程度上解决了建筑用地不足问题。但是,由于高层建筑上下不便,往往只能通过电梯、楼梯实现上下楼,因此,一旦发生意外事故,尤其是火灾,对建筑本身和建筑内人员的生命安全将产生严重的影响。而火灾的发生具有很大的不确定性,因此,必须重视高层建筑的消防设计。论文分析了高层建筑消防设计的重要性以及高层建筑中火灾的特点,指出现阶段高层建筑消防设计中存在的问题,并提出了整改措施。

In order to solve the housing problems of the city, in recent years, our country began to build high-rise buildings in the city more and more layers, buildings, largely solve the housing problem. Because of high buildings under the inconvenience, often only through the elevator, stairs realize downstairs, therefore, once the accident, especially fire, is not only the building itself, will have a serious impact on the safety of the residents and the fire. Occurrence The reason has a lot of uncertainty, therefore, must pay attention to the fire protection design of high-rise buildings. This paper analyzes the importance of the fire protection design of high-rise building, and the characteristics of high-rise building fire in the fire protection design stage and points out the existing problems in the high-rise building, and puts forward some improvement measures.
