大型燃煤电厂可实现超低排放的烟气脱硝技术工艺 被引量:4

摘要 NOx对环境空气有很大的危害,为了鼓励发电企业积极施行减排措施,2014年和2015年,国家发改委先后发布《煤电节能减排升级与改造行动计划》和《全面实施燃煤电厂超低排放和节能改造工作方案》,提出NOx排放量小于50mg/准状态m3(标准状态)以下的燃煤机组可享受上网电价支持。为了实现NOx超低排放和更好地研究脱硝技术,论文总结了燃煤电厂可实现超低NOx排放的主流技术原理,并根据还原剂制备方式的不同,分析了烟气脱硝技术的不同工艺系统及其特点和优缺点。同时,针对不同的脱硝要求,探讨脱硝工艺的选取方法,为设计人员提供更广阔的设计思路。 Nitrogen oxide(NOx) is severely detrimental to ambient air quality. In order to encourage power plants to actively implement emission reduction measures, the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC) issued "Coal-Fired Energy-Saving Emission Reduction and Upgrading Action Plan "in 2014 and "Full Implementation of Coal-Fired Power Plant Ultra-Low Emissions and Energy-Saving Work Program" subsequently in 2015, and announced that coal-fired units which achieve NOx emissions less than 50 mg/Nm3(sdandard condition)would be given on-grid tariff subsidies. To implement the NOx ultra-low emission, as well as to deeply study the denitration technology, this paper summarizes the main mechanism of achievable ultra-low NOx emission technology, and analyzes its features, advantages and disadvantages in different process system of flue gas denitration technology subsequently. Meanwhile, for different denitrification requirements, this paper also discusses the way of selecting proper denitrification process to provide broader ideas for the designers.
