BIM技术是以建筑工程项目数据为基础,建立相应模型,通过数字化和信息化技术仿真模拟建筑真实信息,近年来在我国建筑工程项目实施过程中被广泛应用,并对工程监理的投资控制工作起到非常积极的作用。但在工程监理投资控制应用过程中仍存在一些问题和缺陷需要改进,才能充分发挥BIM技术的作用,论文对BIM技术在工程监理投资控制工作中的应用进行分析,以期能够提升工程成本核算水平。

BIM technology is a construction project based on the data, the establishment of the corresponding model, through the simulation of digital and information technology building real information, in recent years in our country＇s construction project implementation process has been widely used, and engineering investment control for engineering supervision work play a very active role, but in engineering supervision the application of investment control in the process there are still some problems and deficiencies need to be improved, in order to give full play to the role of BIM technology, the BIM technology was analyzed in the application of investment control of engineering supervision, in order to enhance the level of project cost accounting enough.
