海外工程项目的造价管理及成本控制探讨

对外开放政策的实施使得我国经济发展达到了空前的盛况,国内施工单位开始重视海外工程项目的承建。由于经济发展的差异,承建海外工程项目在项目造价管理和成本控制方面面临着巨大的挑战。论文简要分析了海外工程项目的特点,将海外工程和国内工程二者的成本控制因素进行分析,为海外工程造价管理和成本控制提出针对性的解决方法,为提高施工单位承建海外工程项目的造价估算和成本控制管理具有重要作用。
