“两型引领”的滨水区“一体化”城市设计探讨——以国家级湘江新区长沙斑马湖片区城市设计为例

Discussion on“Integrated”Urban Design of Waterfront under the Guidance of the“Two-oriented Society”Strategy——A Case of Urban Design of Changsha Zebra Lake Area,National Xiangjiang New District

长沙斑马湖片区是长株潭“两型社会”综合配套改革试验核心区国家级湘江新区的重要起步区。结合斑马湖片区城市设计实践，探讨“两型引领”的滨水区“一体化”城市设计编制创新，形成可操作、可实施的城市设计方法与技术，以期能够为城市“精细化”管理创造有利条件，有效指导滨水区的“规划管控和开发建设”。

Changsha Zebra Lake Area is an important starting area of National Xiangjiang New Area, the core area of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan ＂Two- oriented society＂ comprehensive reform pilot area. Combined with the practice of Zebra Lake Area urban design, discussing about the innovation of ＂Integrated＂ Urban Design of waterfront under the guidance of ＂Two- oriented society＂ strategy to form the operable and enforceable methods and technology, so that to create favorable conditions to implement the city ＂Refined Management＂ and guide the ＂Planning control and Development＂ of waterfront effectively.
