Neighborhoods Update——Subjective Evaluation of Environment in Taikoo-Li Based on SD Method

本文通过SD法量化成都太古里片区使用者的心理感受，以主观评价的角度理解使用者的需求，让其作为建筑设计决策的辅助手段和反馈机制，从而提高设计决策和管理的科学性、提高建设质量，最终达到创造美好人居环境的愿望。通过问卷调查、现场观察、查阅资料、制作图表、分析问卷对太古里片区环境进行主观评价，得出其当前在使用中出现的问题，通过分析问题找到问题产生的根源。

in this paper, the SD method is used to quantify the psychological feelings of users in Taikuili District of Chengdu, and to understand the needs of the users in the perspective of subjective evaluation, which can be used as an auxiliary means and feedback mechanism for design decision-making, so as to improve the scientific decisionmaking and management. Quality, and ultimately to create a better living environment of desire. Through the questionnaire survey, on-site observation, access to information, making charts, analysis of the Taikoo-ri area in the subjective assessment of the environment, come to its current problems in use, through the analysis of problems to find the root causes.
